CULTURAL ALIGNMENT - TEAMS IN FLOW

“Cross-cultural friction can reduce team productivity in multinational corporations by up to 30%, primarily due to miscommunication, misaligned expectations, and reduced trust.”

Lisa’s background in South Asian political journalism and fascination with different cultures fuels her desire to find new, creative ways to bring people together.

GSA Pioneer Partner Initative

New research confirms what many have long suspected:

Cross-cultural friction accounts for up to 30% in lost productivity across our industry. Yet despite its impact, it remains the elephant in the room – rarely named, rarely addressed.

We believe it’s time to change that.

The GSA Pioneer Partner Initiative is a collaborative effort to confront this challenge head-on, co-create new industry best practice, and reverse the 30% productivity loss.

Our initial focus:Egyptian–Western and Indian–Western teams, with Teams in Flow pilots launching November 2025.
