The GSA is delighted to announce the launch of its Working Group, which will look at the ethical deployment of AI across the technology and business services industry, with a specific lens of the intersection between buyers and service providers.

Our working group will be chaired by Nick Dale, Vice President – Police at CGI, who is currently undertaking research in this space for his PhD and Terry Walby, Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder at OpenDialog AI.

GSA & CGI - Delivering Artificial Intelligence

GSA, in collaboration with CGI assesses the extent to which organisations are equipped to adopt Artificial Intelligence in an ethical and responsible way and and whether both service providers and buyers are employing the appropriate frameworks to support AI-enabled programmes.

The roundtable took place around three areas:

How ready are organisations versus public sector departments to use AI responsibly, ethically and sustainably?
How fit for purpose are the current AI frameworks for accountability?
How do we ensure accountability and responsibility between buyers and service providers in the delivery of AI-enabled programs?
