We discussed critical topics including:

  • The future of CXM
  • The role of open talent and gig
  • New contracting principles
  • How to make automation strategic
  • The need to stop selling snake oil
  • The importance of supplier diversity
  • AND the essential need to focus on our people in all of this

As an industry we thrived in the face of the many challenges thrown our way and owing to positive partnering, rapid transformation of delivery models and tech-celeration the industry grew in 2020 and is on a very positive trajectory for the future. With change, comes opportunity but also challenge. The GSA, the industry association for the sourcing of technology and business services, is delighted to see an increased focus on ethical behaviours, both socially and environmentally, and community spirit to work collaboratively to drive such change. It’s time to focus on win:win for all – buyers, providers and the people within.
