A new investment council has launched to advise Government on inward investment strategy. Comprising 40 senior private sector leaders from a variety of industries and international markets, the Council forms part of the Government’s ‘levelling up’ strategy, with the aim of boosting foreign investment into the UK and creating quality jobs across the country.
