According to research published by HfSResearch, India’s services industry will be the biggest loser of jobs thanks to the impact of Intelligent Automation. India will lose 14% of its services workforce, close to half a million jobs by 2021. Globally 1.4 million jobs will go, which amounts to a decline of 9% in the global industry workforce.
