Here's the GSA UK Awards Submission Checklist:

• Complete our online entry form, you only need to complete one of these and don’t need to disclose the categories you will be applying for.
• Process submission fee of £349+VAT (members) or £399+VAT (non-members). One fee covers all of your entries and must be paid before the submission deadline.
• All categories require a 5-minute video of your submission - the video must be uploaded to YouTube as 'unlisted'.
• Write a 250-word synopsis for each of your entries, using the synopsis criteria in the entry pack.
• Submit your submissions and synopsis’ by emailing them to admin@gsa-uk.com
