Our goal is to bring together a diverse group of experts/advisors with deep experience in strategic sourcing to share insights, discuss common challenges, and collaborate on developing industry-leading best practices for agile sourcing for the whole industry to use, with the express aim that agile sourcing is more widely adopted when it is appropriate and always implemented well. We are aware that it is a minefield for many much of the time.
Specifically, we are interested in any templates you are currently using or any other resources you find effective and your insights into the commonalities across different agile sourcing projects – that you would be willing to share or at least discuss.
