GSA Workstreams for 2023

TALENT

Upskilling Talent

The GSA has added a new line to its original approach of class-based training with a new suite of video-on-demand tutorials, delivered by none other than the GSA’s own Associate Director of Professional Development, Chris Halward.

We will continue to add to this portfolio of videos and introduce new workshops around Social Sourcing and ESG, and offering in house skills development programs for both buy and supply-side teams.

Future of Work

The GSA will continue its work to look at the future of work which will include looking a work from home, hybrid models and how it's evolving across our industry, in the UK and around the world.

We will be bringing the thinking and research from partners across the GT&BSC to share what the future of work looks like for them.

Workforce Wellbeing

Whether it’s our menopause cafes or mentoring programs – the wellness of those who work in our industry in paramount.

If you’ve got programs to share or views on the future of work , we want to hear from you.

DEI

We will again be publishing gender pay gap data from across our key service providers and of course sharing the best of the best of DEI programs – recent GSA award winners have amazing programs to share that will inspire our community to deliver yet more change.

Open Talent

For the last 18 months we have run our Open Talent Forum and helping our community understand how to access the freelance community. This year, we'll be looking at more complex best practice surrounding how to build or engage with open talent platforms compliantly.

We believe this will be one of the biggest game changers for our industry.

One Digital Framework

Working with GT&BSC we are also looking at the opportunity for one digital skills framework, for digital literacy, to transcend geographic borders
